  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience (up to $220,000)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, including one late shift weekly (10:00 AM 7:00 PM)
  • Clinical Duties: 6.5 sessions per week
  • Administrative Duties: 4 hours per week
  • Managerial Duties: 10 hours per week
  • Urgent Care Support: Active involvement in Urgent Care Clinic operations
  • Patient Care: All ages
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a full support staff

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Clear and active Physician License in Massachusetts (MD/DO)
  • Board Certification/Eligibility: In Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Emergency Medicine in Massachusetts
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Urgent Care (preferred), and at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
