  high quality diabetes and endocrinology services
• Diabetes wellness center with CDE and dietitian recognized by
  American Diabetes Association (ADA), offering services
  including diabetes education, diabetes classes, nutrition
  counseling and insulin pump training.
• Established patient base + opportunity for additional outreach
  and growth
• Incoming provider will partner with 5 endocrinologists
• Shared practice and hospital call of 1:6
• 24 Hour Tele-Nurse Service
