We are seeking an Inside Account Representative to become an integral part of our team! Job Purpose: Serves existing customer account by selling products; product education; managing projects; meeting & exceeding customer needs. Duties: Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.

Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of distributors. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Keeps management informed of activity and results.

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Prior account and customer service experience preferred.
