STAFF ICU RN/NIGHTS Missoula, Montana 65-105K + Paid Relocation + Full Benefits 20K Signing Bonus Multiple Shifts/Positions Available Full Time/Part Time/PRN Shift: Night Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Schedule: Night shift Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Staff RN to provide expert care to critically ill patients during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care nursing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients, including vital signs, and respond to any changes in status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Operate and monitor life support equipment and other medical devices.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control standards. Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of MT or Compact. BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification. CCRN Adult Certification preferred.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
