All plants work a one shift operation. Who you are: A seasoned HR pro with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional HR role. PHR certification strongly preferably but passion and HR expertise reign supreme. Very comfortable supporting manufacturing operations! Bonus points for juggling multiple plants! Experienced in multiple HR disciplines.

A pro at leading recruiting efforts. Experienced managing safety programs coupled with knowledge of safety best practices and OSHA regulations. Communication ninja: You articulate clearly, both written and verbally, and connect with all levels of management.
